Spring - Cannot import spring-cloud-config-client dependency. IntellliJ Bug

Question

I am just unable to import the dependency of spring-cloud-config-client to a certain project of mine. The really funny thing is that, when i use a spring initializer on a blank project, the generated pom.xml file seems to be working ( dependency isnt marked red, no error messages). When i copy paste the exact dependency tree to the other project, the same very dependency is marked red again (the spring-cloud.config-server in that regard)..... I can only assume that this is some kind of IntelliJ bug when adding this dependency later on?. The pom.xml file is identical but in one project the IDE screams with errors and in the other it is just fine...

I researched the error messages ofc... but i didnt fidn any working solution.

I have already tried adding:

Ok it seems it was indeed some IntelliJ issue...

I added

<dependencyManagement>

again to the pom.xml and invalided cache + restarted.... suddenly it did recognize it. ( Though i have already done it before ). Pretty random the whole thing... guess i should trying to restart/invalidate several times the next time..... Its just not a technical approach to me:(
