How to pass some information from mobile/phone to wear os and display it in android wear os emulator?

Question

I m new to wear os development so far i have completed till paring the real device with wear os emulator.

Now i need to pass some information from android project like Account activated| to wear os emulator should display same.

I m looking for the code in android project to achieve the same?

Can any one let me know the code involved to how to pass some data and to display in wear os emulator in android using java?
