Save web scraping data to excel using xlwing?

firstly i am just newbie to coding anything. I have an python script which extracts data from stock exchange web page and saves it to csv by pandas dataframe. But the issue is i cant open csv while it is being written so i searched and found xlwings can do the job but i dont to know how to do it. i just want that data to be saved in test.xlsx file and keep getting refreshed. Please can anyone look into it. here is my code.
