Recent install of Office365 came with Excel error "Compile error in hidden module: Win32"

Excel 错误

Our IT dept pushed out Office365 this week, prior I had a local copy and no issues. Since the install I receive the error above when starting Excel. I have to click OK on two different boxes when starting and when closing. This happens whether I am opening a file or opening Excel from the start menu. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Office365, no change. Win10 Enterprise, 21H1.

While trying to fix the problem I also found that an add-in was causing the issue. In my case, getting rid of an old MegaStat add-in fixed the problem for me. It is a good add-in for statistics, but not worth the VBA error.
