How can I forward a port of the other then WAN IP (Virtual IP or Alias IP) to internal IP

In my scenario I have a numer of not connected WAN IPs on pfSense WAN port network side. Lets say pfs WAN IP is abc1 while abc2 to abc15 are not connected at all. My former firewall could use those "free" addresses for port forwarding easy. But not pfSense.

If you set up your WAN interface with abc1/28, you should have access to all the addresses from .1 to .14 (.0 would be the network address, .15 would be broadcast, and I assume one of the others would be the upstream gateway address)

You can then set up Virtual IPs on the WAN interface for the .2-.14 addresses, and then these will be available in the Destination dropdown when creating NAT entries.
