i am trying to your xampp mysql on a pc as a local network server but it failed in my java application

Question

I am not able to fetch files from XAMPP MySQL data from my pc that is connected to my network 192.168.10.103. I am trying to fetch or read data on my java software. I add a MySQL connector also. my, I am able to see SQL database on that IP on my browser but cannot fetch files in SQL. it shows an error.

I just configure firewall port. Now it run properly
