Does anyone know how to get rid of this this pop-up in vscode?

I've recently been getting this annoying "pop-up" in vscode and I have no idea how to get rid of it. This started popping up when I began working with MySQL and now still with MongoDB and mongoose. I've tried disabling suggestions and even played with the setting.json as suggested by this post Unable to turn off code suggestions in Visual Studio Code . I also disabled some of the extensions that might cause but still. Can anyone help?
