How to use a mp4 video file as form background in C#?
Question
How do I set a video as Form Background in C#?
The video is about 6 megabytes mp4 file .
I will also add labels , radiobuttons on that background, So when user execute that, In the background the file is playing, and the user is selecting options then submitting.
