How to display directly a local PDF file from my Computer on the website?

I want to develop a website to show the PDF files directly from my computer Desktop on my website. I don't want to upload my PDF files anywhere on Internet, but I want to connect my PDF files to my website directly. Is there any way? Using HTML, PHP, Javascript, or any WordPress or Joomla plugin?

it doesnt sound safe, you know, do you like anyone could access some data on your computer?
I think you could use Google Drive, dropbox or onedrive to do so.
