Is it possible to build APK from source with in an android phone?

If you can manage to port the green bubbles to Android, you can get it done. It is not so simple though.

Yes, and no. No, if you don't take control. Yes, if you want your IP ideas taken. If you can't have root, and shut out data mining, and or NSA involved Patriot act, stopped, or have monetized app watching, then it is really difficult to build and get credit for original apps. Also, the company should divulge AAP practices to allow for your influence,to prevent further absconded hiring and control of personal work. It can be done with money going out, to pay for free start up cloud tools that won't finish a project, without IP insecurity,(modern stage fright) or justice to your own intellect.
