WPF application not starting on windows server 2003

Question

I am new to wpf. I want to run my application on windows server 2003. But my application is not starting when i click on exe.

I get this long error

i have catched all the exception in my code. But still not working

It works perfectly on XP, Vista, windows 7 and windows server 2008

what to do now ?

Windows 2003服务器上是否安装了.net Framework 4.0？
