Visual Studio 2010 pinch and stretch detect

Can Visual Studio 2010 detect pinch and stretch events in my computer with touchscreen enabled?

Possibly OS dependant: WPF supports touch or multi-touch screen?

Something similar on windows phone, perhaps you can pull something from. Pinch-to-zoom on huge images?

Ultimately, it is just comparing X,Y coordinates of two multi-touch events.

However, it doesn't look like it works on winforms.
