但是,stdout的输出文件为空,stderr的输出文件只有几行,而两者都应该很大。

代码看起来比任务要求复杂。 我不明白为什么您需要在这里调用process.poll()queue.get_nowait() 将子进程的stdout / stderr传递到多个接收器; 您可以从接受任意文件状对象的teed_call()开始:您可以传递日志文件和特殊文件状对象,这些对象会在其.write()方法中积累errors

用最少的修改来修复代码; 您应该在读取器线程上调用.join() (即使process.poll() 不是 None即子process.poll()已退出;可能会有一些挂起的输出。加入读取器的线程可确保读取所有输出)。
