再看一下odeint的文档。 定义要求解的系统的函数的签名为func(y,t,...) 您必须将f的定义更改为

def f(y, t):
    ...

请注意, yt的顺序与scipy.integrateode类所使用的顺序相反。 参见,例如, 在不同的socy ode求解器之间互换
