OnMouseDown()空引用异常

看来您正在尝试从完全不相关的GameObject访问组件( Shop )。 如果您希望所有的TowerNode对象都引用Shop则可以使用GameObject.Find 不过,实际上并不建议这样做; 似乎有一种更好的方式链接这两个对象,但是我不确定您的用例。
