这样,您就拥有了一个data.frame,其中包含每个分类等级的分类“splittable”,OTU id,样本名称和一个文件中的计数。 但除了导出文件之外,您仍然保持phyloseq结构,其中OTU_ids链接不同的表,例如otu_table()和tax_table()。 另一种方法是将wholetax向量提供给taxa_names()命令,我还没有测试过。
