要解决这个问题：

1. 删除谷歌云： pip uninstall google-cloud
2. 使用更新 google-cloud-texttospeech 重新安装： pip install --upgrade google-cloud-texttospeech --upgrade pip install --upgrade google-cloud-texttospeech
