你的问题可以用map然后groupby来解决:

df1['total'] = (df1[['val1','val2']].sum(1)
                   .mul(df1['origin']
                            .map(df2.set_index('org').price)
                       )

summary = df1.groupby('destination')['total'].sum()

summary.to_csv('/path/to/file.csv')

输出( summary ):
