npm 安装纱线未安装/找不到命令

所以我试图将纱线用于某些东西（我不太了解这些东西）但是在项目中，我做npm install yarn并且它没有错误地做某事，但是yarn <anything>不起作用并说command not found: yarn ，然后npm install -g yarn （也是 --global ）抛出此错误并且不知道为什么会发生这种情况。 不熟悉路径，也不熟悉。
