您不會更新屏幕,因此不會將對drawDroneImage的新調用調用到VideoPanel中。

您應該設置一個循環以刷新JPanel(將其稱為repaint())。

而且,您還需要實施DoubleBuffering策略來獲得更平滑的圖像事務。
