無法使用英特爾 MKL 安裝 Scipy

numpy.test()也能正常工作:

但由於某種原因,我無法通過python setup.py config --compiler=intelem --fcompiler=intelem build_clib --compiler=intelem --fcompiler=intelem build_ext --compiler=intelem --fcompiler=intelem install從源代碼安裝 Scipy python setup.py config --compiler=intelem --fcompiler=intelem build_clib --compiler=intelem --fcompiler=intelem build_ext --compiler=intelem --fcompiler=intelem install也不是通過pip install scipy 從源我收到以下錯誤:

RuntimeError: Running cythonize failed!

檢查cython:

cython -V

通過 pip 安裝它導致:

我的操作系統是 Thinkpad T450s 上的 Fedora 23。 一個附帶問題是,我也認識到numpy.test()在不使用英特爾 MKL 的情況下要快得多。 對此有什么解釋嗎?

安裝redhat-rpm-config ,通過 groupinstall 'Development Tools'解決了這個問題。
