Azure SDK .NET 2.1 的下載鏈接缺失

I am in the unfortunate situation of having to support some old software that is depending on Azure SDK for .NET version 2.1 for Visual Studio 2010. Unfortunately I can't seem to locate the installer anywhere, versions 2.0 and 2.2 exist in the following URL,但不是 2.1： https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/downloads/archive-net-downloads/
