Download link missing for Azure SDK for .NET 2.1

Question

I am in the unfortunate situation of having to support some old software that is depending on Azure SDK for .NET version 2.1 for Visual Studio 2010. Unfortunately I can't seem to locate the installer anywhere, versions 2.0 and 2.2 exist in the following URL, but not 2.1: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/downloads/archive-net-downloads/

Looking at the page via the Internet Archive Wayback Machine I can see that this file has existed before, but has been removed at some point.

I can also find this SDK in Microsoft Web Platform Installer, but the tool only gives me a 404 error when trying to install version 2.1.

Upgrading to the SDK version 2.2 would require me to upgrade the whole solution from Visual Studio 2010 to atleast Visual Studio 2012, but so far I've been unable to get the solution to build correctly in VS2012.

Does anyone have any pointers on what I should try next or can someone point me in the direction of obtaining this SDK version?
