您正在嘗試打開 Google 表格文件。 您可以從 Google 界面下載文件為 csv。

此消息不是錯誤：

 Drive already mounted at /content/drive; to attempt to forcibly remount, 
   call drive.mount("/content/drive", force_remount=True).
