It sounds as though the JAWS virtual cursor has been turned off.听起来好像 JAWS 虚拟光标已关闭。 Try pressing Insert+Z and it should announce "JAWS virtual cursor on", then try arrowing again.尝试按 Insert+Z，它应该会提示“JAWS virtual cursor on”，然后再次尝试箭头。
