Change MAC address with python

Question

I know how to use macchanger (a tool that comes with many different Linux distributions), but what if I wanted to change my mac address with Python on either Linux or Windows. Preferably both. How would I achieve this?

Did you see this ? This project says that it's able to change MAC adress even on Lynux and Windows. I havent't tested it but it seems useful. Hope it helps.
