Pydot error with sklearn decision tree graph

I am trying to use following code from sklearn ( http://scikit-learn.org/stable/modules/tree.html ):

from sklearn.externals.six import StringIO
import pydot
dot_data = StringIO()
tree.export_graphviz(clf, out_file=dot_data)
graph = pydot.graph_from_dot_data(dot_data.getvalue())
graph.write_pdf("iris.pdf")

I have installed pydot==1.0.2 and when I run this code using Ipython notebook, it gives following error.

Regardless of the format that I changed it to, it gave the same error. I am running this on Mac OS X Yosemite.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciate.

This is, in fact, a problem of graphviz. Apparently, it needs XQuartz package ( http://xquartz.macosforge.org/landing/ ) and after installing it, everything worked fine.
