Cannot connect java to remote Mysql database server

Question

I created account with database on this site: byethost

and I'm trying to connect to it with code that works when I try to connect to my local database on my computer.

It's the second time I'm trying to connect to remote database. First time I used this site db4free

and I just used data like this:

server: www.db4free.net
database: mydatabase
username: username
password: mypassword

I could connect succesfully with the same java code I posted above...

I see things are different on these two site so I dont know what I'm doing wrong.

Maybe I should set some port or other thing to dataSource object? Maybe this will explain something: this is what I see in phpMyAdmin of db4free where I can connect to database with no problem:
