OpenMeetings 4.0.5 on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS ssl https not working

Question

I have installed OpenMeetings 4.0.5 on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS with the help of the pdf file available.

It gets successfully installed and runs on http port 5080.

As it is not using the https the chrome browser is not allowing to use Camera and Microphone as it shows in the browser settings as Disable.

I followed to enable SSL in red5/conf/jee-container.xml file. But no luck. One strange thing which I found is that there is no config.xml file found at the location /opt/red5/conf/config.xml. So I copied one and made changes as required. We are not using any proxy server.

When I open in browser it says error ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT But still no luck. Can anyone help me out ?
