Unable to connect to SQLite database outside of IntelliJ

Question

So I have this code set up with jdbc-3.27.2.1 and if I run it in IntelliJ, it works fine and connects to the database without any issues. However, if I try running it as a JAR, it won't connect. adminDb.db is located in the project folder.

I've tried creating a fat JAR with the library JAR, but that didn't change anything.
