How to solve the unresolve dependency ':app@debug/compileClasspath': Could not resolve com.google.android.gms:play-services-base:[15.0.0, 16.0.0)

Question

I have problems with dependency. I don't know what when I wrong since I haven't open my project for few weeks. And today I decided to open it to continue with my work but while waiting for it to sync it said that i got problem with dependency.

ERROR: Unable to resolve dependency for ':app@debug/compileClasspath': Could not resolve com.google.android.gms:play-services-base:[15.0.0, 16.0.0).

Solved it! Just enable the connection mode. Then you will be fine!
