Unable to import tensorflow 2.x, python 3.6

I have installed tensorflow using pip3, installation seems to run properly, but I am unable to merely import it in Python 3.6. The results:

I have searched but not found any insight so far. Have installed CUDA toolkit, have cudnn64_7.dll available and on the path, as those were issues I've seen elsewhere. Also many previous threads have been a couple of years past, and may not be up to date. How can I ge this working so I can get on with my learning and working?

My first solution was to install specifically Tensorflow 2.0

pip install tensorflow==2.00

Since I have found that I can install a CPU version of the more recent version of Tensorflow, version 2.6.0. https://pypi.org/project/tensorflow-cpu/

pip install tensorflow-cpu

Easy as that. (But I seriously need a GPU of course.)
