With ILSpy, can I Decompile any Assembly in the dotnet core plateform and see the definitions of the classes inside of it?

I'm using ILSpy and I want to decompile and see the definition of the StreamWriter class defined in the System.IO namespace in dotnet core. But i can't find it. I tried to decompile System.IO.dll but there was no class definition inside of it.
Where can i find it ?
