Fit entire java application on all screen RESOLUTION

Good afternoon,

i wrote a very customized Java desktop application with fixed objects measures(based on FHD res.) and Null Layout.

The issues is that when i run the application on a display less then FHD(1920X1080) , the frames go outside of the screen view.

Is there a way to auto-resize ALL OBJECTS to make the application fit on all screens resolutions, enlarging or shrinking objects, maintaining the proportions of how it was developed ?
