Jupyter notebook Application launch error

Question

When I try to launch Jupyter notebook from Anaconda3 I get this Application launch error:

I'm using kali linux, I try to update jupyter but nothing change.

Updating nodejs resolved this for me

curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_10.x | sudo -E bash -
apt-get install -y nodejs
