Not able to upload apk or bundle to play store. I generated app bundle and tried to upload.

when you uploaded the app first time, you would have signed it with some release key store.
for any update to your app, you need to again sign the new bundle with same release key store.
If you dont have it, then there is no way out. you have to start the whole process again and you have to again list the app in play store
