pip unable to install Scipy (or anything) (Python 3.10)

Question

I've been trying to download a lib called simpful. But I was just about start to python and I think I am missing something very basic. I searched for some sort of solution online for so long nothing worked for me yet. I haven't downloaded anything with pip before.pip version is 21.3 and python 3.10. I know its just and error log but perhaps someone could recognize it.

so you need to install Microsoft VS C++ build tools .

Step1: Make sure to check Python version you are using

Step2: Make sure pip is working fine and was installed during python installation(Python 2.7 above comes with pip installation)

Step3: check whether pip installed is updated

python -m pip install -U pip

Step4: check for numpy installed, since Scipy has one dependency that is numpy. if not install numpy

pip install numpy

Step5: install scipy

pip install scipy
