The problem with QCustomplot and continuous graphs

Question

Can anyone tell me how am I supposed to make my plotted graph (in QCustomPlot or in general) look smoother and nicer without compromising with performance ie, adding extra data points... And how can I remove sudden breakpoints and make it look continuous...

Any Tips/Tricks/Maths will be appreciated!
