Python 2.7.9 install requests on windows

I keep trying to install requests, but every time I do it starts, then gives me this error. Is there any way I can get around this or fix this error so that I can use requests?

I have gotten into the files correctly but I cannot seem to get it to download requests.

  1. if you use pycharm try to downlaod it from there isntead of cmd, so going into the pycharm terminal and pasting "pip install requests"

or you did something wrong when installing python. Uninstall python, and then redownload it. Make sure, that you click the box "Add python to.PATH"

i had the same problem, a bit ago, i would really appreciate it if you would go to my profile and try to help me with my most recent problem:)
