Unable to sign in Bot Framework Composer

I have created a new account (Free Tier) in Azure to explore Azure Bot Service.

However, while I was trying to sign into Bot Framework Composer with the same credentials, I see the below error

"Sign in failed. No Azure Directories found"

Could anyone help me out why this is the case?
