Is there a Nokia schema for CDR in ASN.1 encoding?

I need to decode CDR in a *.DAT file in ASN.1 encoding, and the only information is that it should be the Nokia schema. Is there a Nokia schema? I couldnt find any. Is there a way to find the schema to decode the file or do I have to try all available schemas I can find until one of them works?

There is definitely no such thing as a "Nokia Schema". And while Nokia sells a great number of network elements, most of them produce CDR files in proprietary binary data, ie not ASN.1 BER encoded.
