asp.net mvc 4 simplemembership with external database

Question

I am using inbuilt asp.net mvc 4 WebSecurity simple membership. I have manually generated create table scripts from the app_data folder aspnet.mdf file to an external database that is hosted at SpeedHost server and got the below connectionstring and it is perfectly working fine when I developed application from my machine.

The problem is in the method constructor of SimpleMembershipInitializer, and specifically in context.Database.Exists(). This code does not use the SAMS connection string that is provided in the web.config. it tries to connect to a local database but the local database is only found on the development machine. The solution is to comment the entire using{} block and only keep WebSecurity.InitializeDatabaseConnection(...) when deploying to a production server.
