itertools.groupby提供了一种简单的方法:

>>> T, F = True, False

100 loops, best of 3: 14.9 ms per loop

100 loops, best of 3: 2.25 ms per loop

In [14]: %timeit count_Trues(new_b_List)
100 loops, best of 3: 1.33 ms per loop
