重要！ 您需要安装先决条件库的确切版本，它可能不是2019年8月23日的最新版本。

1. 从Windows的Python扩展包下载：

   • Shapely-1.6.4.post2-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl
   • pyproj-2.1.3-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl

2. 用pip安装whl文件：“ pip install download.location.directory \\ file.whl”
