问题是，当我尝试在我的 IOS 模拟器（iPhone 11 pro max）中运行应用程序时，进程卡在Running pod install...

我尝试使用flutter pub cache repair清除缓存并使用pod install重新安装，但它总是卡在Installing gRPC-Core (1.28.0)

我通过删除/Users/<user>/Library/Caches/CocoaPods/Pods/Release/和.../Specs/Release/中与 gRPC 相关的所有缓存并再次运行pod install来解决它。

当您必须下载 ios 工具、.ios-profile 工具、.ios 发布工具时，就会发生这种情况

运行：flutter precache --ios

现在运行： pod install
