与OSX 10.7相同的问题。 我的修复：

cd /usr/bin
sudo ln -s gcc gcc-4.0

我下载的用于gcc-4.0 gcc的MySQL-python版本已经是apple gcc build的符号链接。

 i686-apple-darwin10-gcc-4.0.1: no input files

所以我猜实际的实现版本是4.0.1，但可执行文件名是gcc-4.0
