我通常不打扰在系统上安装任何autotools，而是安装在$ HOME中。 只需从http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/autoconf/获取autoconf tarball，解压缩并运行：

./configure --prefix=$HOME
 make
 make install

确保$ HOME / bin在系统目录之前位于PATH中，或者从系统中卸载autoconf。
