我的電腦系統：

Windows 7 64位CPU Intel Core 2 Duo 8400 python版本3.5.2rc1 tensorflow 1.11我試圖在Windows7上安裝tensorflow cpu版本，但在導入tensorflow時總是出錯。

我閱讀了common_installation_problems，嘗試了在github，stackoverflow等上找到的許多解決方案。我安裝了Visual Studio 2015，Visual Studio 2017，Microsoft Visual C ++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3（64位），msvcp140.dll可以在System32和SysWow64文件夾中找到。 但是仍然無法導入張量流。

我通過從我的先前版本tensorflow 1.13.1降級安裝tensorflow 1.5.0解決了此問題。
