Windows 7 64位CPU Intel Core 2 Duo 8400 python版本3.5.2rc1 tensorflow 1.11我试图在Windows7上安装tensorflow cpu版本，但在导入tensorflow时总是出错。

我阅读了common_installation_problems，尝试了在github，stackoverflow等上找到的许多解决方案。我安装了Visual Studio 2015，Visual Studio 2017，Microsoft Visual C ++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3（64位），msvcp140.dll可以在System32和SysWow64文件夹中找到。 但是仍然无法导入张量流。

我通过从我的先前版本tensorflow 1.13.1降级安装tensorflow 1.5.0解决了此问题。
