app not supported on jelly bean

Question

I have tested a simple app (Hello world), it is working on my Lollipop device , but when I am sharing this app to my Jelly Bean device, it says application is not responding!

minsdkversion = 11 targetsdkversion = 25

Jelly Bean version 4.1.2(sdk 16)

Can anybody tell me how to solve the problem?
